UBA starts the execution for the (CRM) project for the Jordan Investment Board

Jordan Investment Board (JIB) awarded the bid for the (Customer Relationship Management – CRM) project to United Business Application (UBA) – Sage Development partner in Jordan, where it will be in charge of deploying SageCRM application.

Mr. Hazem Al-Bawab, the General Manager for UBA, has stated that the project will commence once the needed infrastructure for the project completes. The main purpose of this project is to have a 360 view for the investors, along with unifying data collection among JIB system users; hence, it will be easier for the employees to find the needed information in a short period of time. Additionally, through this CRM application, it will be easier to follow-up on tasks and projects, investors will have a quicker solution to reach the needed information for their investments and projects.

Al-Bawab has also given some details about the program’s features, which will work as a focal point for investors. This application will be following up on the investors’ projects starting with applying the investment application until having the official confirmation required for the project and ensuring that all the steps were done easily and quickly. Above all that, the program will be also sending automated daily alerts to the employees to ensure the implementation of the work required with utmost attention and in a short period of time.
