UBA Deploys Accounting and Operational System for Travel One to Empower Back Office and Ticketing Operations

United Business Applications (UBA), a leader in providing business solutions to enterprises, recently completed the deployment of a comprehensive accounting and operational system at Travel One, a leading travel agency in the Kingdom, to empower the agency's back office and ticketing operations.

 

UBA, the leading Sage Accpac Business Partner & Solutions Providers in the region, provided Travel One with a Sage Accpac ERP solution that allows travel agents to enter and modify ticket information such as the sales person, passenger name, ticket number, ticket cost and selling price.

 

The Ticket Tracking Module also provides Travel One with a set of reports to allow the back office to trace the sales person's commission and periodic ticket sales and refunds, whether they are normal refunds or down grade refunds as well as manage tickets stock by applying new stocks or voiding tickets.
