Social Security Investment Unit (SSIU) adopts Sage Solutions.

Social Security Investment Unit (SSIU) has chosen United Business Application (UBA) – Sage Development Partner in Jordan to deploy and implement a (Customer Relationship Management – CRM) application.

Mr. Hazem Al-Bawab, the General Manager for UBA stated that the (CRM) project related to (SSIU) will be implemented to suit their specific and unique requirements which consists of tracking (SSIU) investments along with reflecting the financials into the back office system (Sage Accpac ERP) that was upgraded to its latest version early this year, and through this CRM application, it will be easier for (SSIU) employees to have a 360 degree view for the investments.

Mr. Bawab also mentioned that the CRM application will provide a full study regarding (SSIU) Investments which will add a privilege to (SSIU) employees to develop and improve the investments; hence it will provide them with analytical reports and dashboards to manage the fund.
